Position Requirements

• Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• High level of customer service skills (telephone and e-mail business etiquette).

Job Description

• Create a trusting and beneficial relationship with our clients, vendors and co-workers.
• Develop a deep understanding of our vendors products.
• Price and develop tour itineraries for current and potential clients.
• Master the pricing and logistics required with scheduling private group transportation.
• Prepare for group arrival (menu's, rooming lists, tour contacts, vendor payments, etc.)
• Meet groups in town as necessary to answer questions and facilitate a warm welcome to the area.
• Master the administrative details necessary for a highly successful group tour.
• Respond promptly to all leads and inquiries.
• Master proprietary software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 per year
