Senior Reservation Agent

Please note all candidates MUST have customer service experience with a limousine/transportation company.

We are looking for a great customer service professional who loves helping our customers and enjoy working in a fun filled, fast paced environment. Primary position will assist in booking reservations and events for our clientele.

Additionally, we have tremendous room for advancement in our event/group/wedding departments.

Experience and Skills Needed**

• 2 to 3 years of customer support experience at a limousine/transportation company or similar event management
• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requires basic software knowledge and the ability to pick up new technology quickly. (a quick study)
• Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
