Position Summary
The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and professional operation of the Reservations Department. This position ensures the highest level of customer service while maximizing the occupancy and revenue and helping to facilitate the most profitable customer mix within the hotel. This position also helps with staffing and monitoring of labor and other expenses in the operation of the department.
