BASIC FUNCTION (the primary purpose of this position):
Facilitates high standards of hotel housekeeping service and guest satisfaction by scheduling, allocating assignments and directly overseeing staff engaged in cleaning hotel rooms and restocking rooms with supplies and guest amenities.

Ability to work weekends, holidays and evening hours as business demands. While performing duties of this position, employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods, and frequently walk, and use hands to; finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to manage stress appropriately, make decisions under pressure, manages anger, fear, hostility and violence of guests appropriately.
