Job Functions :
Greets every guest with a smile and positive attitude.
Takes orders from guests and prepares orders when applicable.
Responsible for correctly handling cash, credit and comp procedures and properly completing paperwork.
Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions.
Ensure bank is counted and balanced with cage.
Complete cash turn-in sheets, etc. and distribute appropriately.
Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
Knows the menu items and prices.
Knows how to operate the Micros system in order to properly ring up and close out checks.
Upholds standards by setting examples with appearance and work ethic.
Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner, and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur.
Performs other duties specified or assigned.
Complies with all departmental rules, sidework assignments, and departmental procedures.
