The Casino Host is responsible primarily for the development, growth, maintenance, retention, and reactivation of the customer base, with particular attention to high value guests. The candidate will be responsible for contacting both a large group of assigned customers as well as guests showing the ability to grow their worth, making decisions regarding customer accounts or issues of significance, maintaining positive relationships with the most valuable of guests, along with assisting other property departments and their guests with marketing promotions, entertainment, food and beverage events, etc. The Casino Host will use on and off property amenities, various methods of statistical analysis and independent decision making to increase guest loyalty and gaming revenues.
