Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, locally sourced ingredients, craft beverages (botanically focused tea beverages cocktails) and providing exceptional customer service. As a FOH Herbalista , you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
- Operate POS system to process orders and payments accurately
- Utilize retail math skills to handle transactions, manage cash, and provide change
- Handle food items, including coffee preparation, as needed
- Demonstrate proficiency in food handling procedures to ensure customer safety
- Apply basic math skills to calculate bills, tips, and inventory accurately

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or bartending preferred

-herbal knowledge a plus ( we are a Botanically focused menu)
- Proficiency in food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
