We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the establishment by providing excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess exceptional leadership skills. Duties: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring smooth workflow - Train and develop employees to provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive work environment - Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality and consistency - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures - Manage inventory control to minimize waste and optimize profitability - Handle cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently - Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing, payment transactions, and reporting - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials - Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Skills: - Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a restaurant setting - Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices - Proficient in inventory control techniques to minimize waste and maximize profitability - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors - Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional customer service - Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including cooking methods and presentation - Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software We offer competitive pay based on experience.
