WILLING TO PAY FOR TRAINING Consistently provide prompt, considerate and courteous guest service and ensure all procedures are being followed as outlined in the Historical Horse Racing Department Manual.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Actively roams gaming area and explains game functionality and gaming regulations, as needed to guests -Accurately processes all gaming machine jackpot payouts -Examines and signs jackpot tickets and prepares other documents as needed -Verifies and pays jackpot amounts to customers -Assists with necessary information on ticket issues -Loads voucher paper/HHR tickets into machines as needed -Records any issues with gaming machines on tech log -Carries out light preventive maintenance -Carries out minor maintenance on slot machines as required, such as, clearing bill validators and printer jams -Cleans gaming machines and helps keep casino clean -Provides exceptional customer service -Makes change for customers -Helps resolve minor customer concerns/disputes -Maintains a clean and safe environment throughout the shift -Assists as needed in support of casino operations -Control Minimum Procedures, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies and IRS reporting -Obtains thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future. Maintains a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow employee-owners, and vendors All other duties as assigned
