Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are looking to fill a management position in our Service Department. This position is responsible for ensuring service appointments are scheduled accurately based on geographical locations, time restraints, customer requirements, field availability, and scope of work.
You will also be responsible for managing the dispatching of service technicians, ensuring that they are on time to every appointment, updating once they are on-site as well as time spent on site. You will be in constant communication with the service technicians, as well as fielding phone calls from customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:

You will be the head of the department, responsible for tracking key metrics

Provide performance feedback to agents on the team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and objectives and ensure progress is made on each account.

Track our field members and ensure the schedule is full

Build and maintain positive relationships with the inspection technicians
Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Provide regular project status updates and address stakeholder concerns.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project reports.

Prepare and submit progress reports to the director of the department
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.- Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies.
- Familiarity with customer service, stakeholder relations, and complaint resolution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of SolarEdge and Enphase is a huge advantage for this position.
