Experience and Skills:
1. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
2. Must be willing to adhere strictly, and without restriction, to the appearance and uniform guidelines for this position, including the mandated heel height for the approved footwear that is selected by the company to complement the uniform.
3. Must appear comfortable, poised, and confident in the company-issued uniform at all times. Must acknowledge and agree to adherence, without restriction, to any future uniform designs and accompanying accessories that may be selected by the company in the future. Must be polite, courteous, and willing to pitch in and help others as directed.
4. Must be capable of walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, squatting, and kneeling (while balancing trays with several beverages) for a full 8 hour shift. Capable of communicating in English (both verbal and written communication).
