Summary: Specifically assigned to clean resident rooms, common areas, hallways, bathrooms, sitting rooms, foyers, floors and walls, offices, and any area that would be assigned by the Maintenance Director or other management staff. Also, can be assigned to laundry, dining rooms, other resident and/or staff areas, outdoor courtyards, garbage removal, Looking for a conscientious, self-motivated individual with a positive work ethic.
Reports To: Director of Maintenance and Food Service Director
Qualifications: Work as a team member with other employees to consistently maintain a pristine environment with a kind, caring and respectful attitude toward residents, residents’ families, guests and fellow staff while being sensitive to the special needs of the seniors. Encourage residents’ maximum independence, promote residents’ freedom of choice and individuality, and respect the privacy of all residents.
