Job description We are seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Server/ Tasting Room Associate. Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a genuine interest in wine, spirits, and craft beer. This is a full-time position during peak season. Responsibilities: Greet guests and provide a warm welcome to our tasting room or restaurant Guide guests through our wine, spirits, and craft beer offerings, providing product knowledge and recommendations Assist in daily operations including opening/closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and restocking inventory Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including liquor flights, cocktails, and tastings Take food orders and serve guests in the restaurant or tasting room Process payments, operate a cash register, and maintain an accurate cash drawer Engage with guests and promote our events, and promotions Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred Knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beer preferred, but not required Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds If you are passionate about wine, spirits, and craft beer, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
