YOU WILL VIBE WITH US La risorsa ricercata è un Control Room and Service Metrics Specialist, che verrà inserita all’interno della Direzione Operations, direzione impegnata costantemente nella gestione di tutte le attività postvendita (provisioning, order management, customer care) a supporto dei nostri clienti, dei dipendenti dei nostri clienti e della rete di partner correlati alle soluzioni Ticket Restaurant, Ticket Compliments e Welfare. La persona individuata avrà l’obiettivo di monitorare i principali key performance indicator dell’assistenza clienti in tempo reale e coordinando la gestione dei flussi di chiamate, oltre che migliorare i processi operativi e fornire report anche attraverso la realizzazione di dashboard con strumenti di Business Intelligence. Dovrà inoltre supportare i processi di governance dei dati e di gestione dei database, interfacciandosi con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni al fine di assicurare la massima qualità dei dati e della rendicontazione degli stessi. Principali attività: Monitoraggio KPI telefonici e di back office in tempo reale Gestione e manutenzione degli IVR (aperture/chiusure ordinarie e straordinarie) Predisposizione di documentazione e report settimanali/mensili da condividere con il top management, fornendo analisi dei progressi e delle tendenze dei principali indicatori di performance. Supporto ai manager e ai team leader nel monitoraggio delle performance operative, nell'elaborazione dei set di dati e nell’individuare eventuali criticità Contribuire all'ottimizzazione degli strumenti di reporting esistenti e all'implementazione di nuovi report. Analizzare i bisogni degli stakeholder attraverso la raccolta di feedback Contribuire al monitoraggio degli indicatori di performance dei fornitori esterni Supporto all’ottimizzazione dei processi operativi WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU Se hai almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo, hai un forte orientamento all’analisi dei dati e al monitoraggio dei principali indicatori di performance in contesti operativi e hai voglia di metterti in gioco in un ambiente stimolante e multinazionale inviaci la tua candidatura ed entra a far parte della nostra squadra.
