Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Wage: 50,000/yr.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under direction from the Director of Finance, supervise shipping & receiving clerks in the daily warehouse operations

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:

• Direct workers performing shipping and receiving tasks.
• Monitor and review inventory levels by physical count, record keeping, and/or visual inspection to identify need for purchasing materials, equipment, or supplies.
• Inspect and verify deliveries and reconcile invoice against purchase orders checking cost, amount delivered, and amount ordered; authorize payment to manager via receiving copy and initiate paperwork to close out purchase orders.
• Contact vendors to obtain pricing or other information, follow up on delivery dates, late deliveries, shortages, or overages; ensures action is taken to correct problem.
• Maintain requisitions or orders manually or in automated system to track status of purchases and compile reports.
• Maintain records of prices, quality, quantity and delivery dates.
• Move, transport and deliver items to other areas or departments using hand truck or other material handling equipment.
• Initiate and maintain a warehouse management system, including but not limited to: bar code scanning / printing devices, inventory control, database entry, and computer monitoring.

• Monitor and assess all warehouse operations to ensure safety procedures are followed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: High school diploma or GED required.

2. Work Experience: 3 years of receiving, storing, and issuing supplies, or related experience, preferred.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including, but not limited to a forklift, personal assist vehicle, and scissor lift.

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements: N/A

5. Must be at least 18 years of age.

6. Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7. Must participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.

8. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.

9. Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary.

10. Must be able to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
