Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable Laborers to join our team. As a Roustabout, General labor and Flowback, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks of the oilfield. Work is in Michigan for the most part.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of worksites
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate heavy equipment including skytrac and rigging equipment
- Assist with horizontal drilling operations
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Skills:
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and rigging equipment
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Ability to dig, lift, and carry heavy materials
- Familiarity with oil and gas industry practices is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in various weather conditions. The successful candidate must be able to work well in a team environment and prioritize safety at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
