SAP Consultant with Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP & IT Technical teams in Business user meetings, Technical discussions, writing proposals, Design & Development of solutions in SAP and SAP related technologies.
• Lead and facilitate design workshops, provide guidance in the definition of solution design and appropriate best practices.
• Provide advice and recommendations on process improvements, business transformation and implementation of SAP applications.
• Coordinating with Cross- Module teams for integration touch points in SAP Landscape and interfacing with other third party systems.
• Conduct and Co-ordinate business blueprint meetings with business and cross functional teams for understanding client’s business requirements for the SAP Supply chain Management areas, SD, MM, EWM, PP, QM, LE in S/4 HANA.
• Prepare Business Blueprint (BBP), AS-IS, TO-BE Documents, Functional, Technical and Test Specification Documents for new business processes and share the documents in DocuSign for approvals.
• Design, Configure, implement complex solutions for meeting the Business requirements in Greenfield/Brownfield implementations.
• Design and develop Migration plan from ECC/Legacy Systems to S/4 HANA/ECC respectively.
• Developing POC’s for complex solutions and facilitating workshops to Business.
• Driving Digitalization in various sectors like Oil & Gas, Pharma, Automotive, Retail, Manufacturing using SAP best practices.
• Supporting Business in New implementations, Rollouts, Production issues.
• Providing technical support to developers for Enhancement spots, BADI’s, User exits for code changes/implementing new process.
• Attending meetings & closely follows the strategic direction & decision set by senior management on matters where they may need to gain acceptance/approval on business processes for ongoing and project(s) in pipeline.
• Provide solutions for end-to-end business processes implementations, cutover tasks & Integration including data migration & conversions from legacy systems into target systems using various SAP tools such as LSMW, Excel upload programs.
• Conduct and Co-ordinate testing with the business users using tools such as HPQC, ALM and prepare training manuals for the end user community.
• Identify, Report and Resolve & Track the issues/defects using HPQC, JIRA and Service-Desk.
• Prepare and plan project cut over & go-live tasks.
• Preparation of User Manuals & Test Documents for new process.
• Provide direction on application maintenance, troubleshooting and support including corrections for production issues, recommendations for improvement and coordination with our service partners and other IT Support groups for problem resolution.

Skills/Knowledge required:

• 5 years of SAP Supply chain with SAP ECC & S/4 HANA.
• Should be expert in Supply chain processes with proven full-cycle SAP implementation or multiple roll out projects and associated deliverables.
• Expertise in Data migration, LSMW, BADI’s , BAPI’s & User exits.
• Knowledge on Fiori platform & other SAP modules.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
