You Are:

Youre as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

• Build SAP ERP technology solutions that transform clients Finance functions.
• Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Finance function
• Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Finance offerings powered by SAP
• Collaborate with project teams to understand clients' business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Project Systems solutions.
• Configure SAP Project Systems modules according to client specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Project Systems, providing guidance and support to project teams and client stakeholders.
• Analyze technical and functional integration requirements.
• Guide the testing cycles as well as perform cutover activities for go-live preparation
• Guide performance testing & training activities, rolling out a successful module to the user community
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Heres What You Need:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in SAP Finance or FI/CO
• Minimum of 2 years experience with SAP Project Systems, including knowledge of PS structures like: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling, Multi Resource scheduling, Milestone billing, Project quotation, Time sheets etc.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end Finance implementations, including Solution Confirmation, Design, Build, Testing, and Deployment phases.
• Previous experience with Consulting, Advisory and/or supporting industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points If:

• You have external client-facing consulting experience
• You have SAP S/4HANA Project Systems implementation experience
• You have functional expertise in several Finance areas which integrate with Project Systems including Core Finance, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management / Inventory.
• You have project experience with Commercial Project Management (CPM)
• You understand the technology and how it affects their area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below. California: $93,400 to $258,500

Colorado: $93,400 to $223,300

New York: $86,500 to 258,500

Washington: $99,500 to $237,800
