Job Duties
Responsible for ensuring all types of financial transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in strict conformance with Agency Policies, Commonwealth’s Accounting Policies and Procedures (CAPP), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and Virginia Prompt Payment Act (VPPA) for the Office of the Attorney General-Department of Law and Division of Debt Collection. Ensures office utilizes and is following Small Purchase Charge Card (SPCC) and Individual Travel Card programs. Documents and updates desktop procedures. Prompt Pay monitoring monthly and quarterly reporting. Responsible for reconciling financial data and assisting with related end of year financial statement attachments and schedules. Responsible for Fixed Asset and Lease Programs to include SBITA. Manage other Accounts Payable personnel and work product. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
