SB Financial Services Relationship Manager develops and manages banking relationships with small business customers to acquire new business, sell financial products and services and grow the portfolio. Prospects for new customers, upsell opportunities, and referrals. Being a SB Financial Services Relationship Manager develops and maintains strong relationships with referral sources. Engages with existing customers to understand their financial needs and provide suggestions for products and services that benefit small businesses throughout the business cycle. Additionally, SB Financial Services Relationship Manager serves as point of contact and advocates for customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product information. Maintains an in-depth understanding of product offerings and coordinates with other areas of the bank to upsell or deliver services to customers. Monitors and maintains assigned portfolio to ensure appropriate risk profile. Follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The SB Financial Services Relationship Manager occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     What You Will Do:

    • Contributes to profit center production goals including loans, deposits and assets under management; individual annual production goal for loans and deposits, plus referrals to other product groups, to be assigned in conjunction with the annual office sales goals.
    • Responsible for identifying and introducing new clients to the firm.
    • Manages commercial and industrial construction and real estate deals, in addition to high level existing client segments.
    • Facilitates and structures loan requests for new and existing client relationships; manages loans through approval process, in compliance with Credit and pricing guidance, with coordination from Credit Analysts and Loan Associates.
    • Manages loans through the application, approval and closing process by acting as a liaison between lending team and support groups. Reviews and releases underwriting and analysis for new loans from Credit Analysts to Senior Relationship Banker prior to approval.
    • Ensures new client onboarding is completed
    • onitors and administrates more complex loan and deposit clients, including portfolio management around borrowing bases, covenant tracking, collateral exceptions, loan documentation, and loan requests.
    • Knowledge of complex cash flow and credit analysis, appraisal policy, and collateral, and borrowing bases analysis.
    • Learns from other financial professional's expertise in wealth planning, investment management, trust and depository services, and then applies this comprehensive knowledge to further develop client portfolios.

    What You Bring:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills.
    • Experience working with banking and credit software.
    • Experience with CRM preferred.
    • Strong mathematical skills.
    • High initiative and follow-through.
    • Ability to work independently and with a team.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
    • Able to organization, prioritize, multi-task, and self-starter.
