Franklin General Hospital has a great opportunity! FGH is hiring a Patient Financial Services and Compliance Manager. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week and has 7 direct report colleagues.

Primary Duties include:

• Involved in all tasks of the department budget.
• Responsible for colleague scheduling, timecards and day to day management
• Assists department staff with challenging billing and collection claims.
• Complete reporting and monitoring functions for Cerner software system
• Review and develop departmental policies as necessary.
• Serves as department liaison to other departments and providers.
• Provides compliance guidance to the facility and follows MercyOne compliance protocol.

We are looking for a team member that preferably has management experience, Cerner software experience and revenue cycle experience. Need advanced skills with computer technology including Microsoft Office. The manager role accomplishes colleague duties by communicating job expectations and collaborating on job results. Positive demeanor and communication a must!
