Job Overview:

The Account Services Assistant will play a pivotal role in efficient management of PFS’ vehicle portfolio. The Assist will manage vehicle insurance along with providing excellent customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Customer Support
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Update lessee information in the database accurately.

• Insurance Management
  • Ensure all mail is forwarded to Verifacto.
  • Address Pending Cancellation Notices by contacting insurance agencies/companies and send appropriate correspondence to the lessee.
  • Load all new accounts and remove all off-lease accounts in Verifacto on a bi-weekly basis. Work on all outstanding insurance incomplete accounts as given from Verifacto. Regularly review and update training documentation and procedures for Verifacto. Report insurance-related issues to Account Services during weekly meeting.
  • Process Monthly GAP Insurance

• Account Services Department Administration
  • Assist with answering phones as required.
  • Attend weekly Department Meeting. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

·       Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

·       Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.

·       Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Standard Office Software.

·       Maintains Confidentiality.

·       Highly principled

·       Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment.

Education and Experience:

·       Associate degree required; BS/BA in office administration or related field preferred.

·       Customer service experience preferred.
