SB Financial Services Relationship Manager develops and manages banking relationships with small business customers to acquire new business, sell financial products and services and grow the portfolio. Prospects for new customers, upsell opportunities, and referrals. Being a SB Financial Services Relationship Manager develops and maintains strong relationships with referral sources. Engages with existing customers to understand their financial needs and provide suggestions for products and services that benefit small businesses throughout the business cycle. Additionally, SB Financial Services Relationship Manager serves as point of contact and advocates for customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product information. Maintains an in-depth understanding of product offerings and coordinates with other areas of the bank to upsell or deliver services to customers. Monitors and maintains assigned portfolio to ensure appropriate risk profile. Follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The SB Financial Services Relationship Manager occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a SB Financial Services Relationship Manager typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.     Job Summary and Qualifications


    As the Patient Financial Services Director, you will be responsible for the daily operations of all Parallon managed facility-based revenue cycle functions and serve as the on-site liaison between the facility and Parallon Client Relations or the SSC. You will integrate the departments’ services with the hospital’s clinical and ancillary teams, implement policies and procedures that guide or support service levels, assess and improve department performance, and ensure orientation and continuing education of departmental staff.


    What you will do in this role:


    • You will oversee facility operations of Patient Access functions (e.g. pre-registration, benefit verification, pre-authorization, admission/registration, service pre-payment, etc.) to ensure daily operations are maintained according to standard
    • You will coordinate with facility departments/administration teams to manage key revenue cycle performance expectations and challenges including: upfront collections protocols, capturing accurate information, timely registration and patient satisfaction, denial prevention, patient flow, unbilled, patient concerns.
    • You will review Patient Access performance to ensure timeliness, accuracy, compliance and standards fulfillment as defined in Service Level Agreements
    • You will oversee management of Patient Access personnel including providing recommendations for hiring, promotion, salary adjustments and ensure staff is aware of any policy or procedure changes.
    • You will actively seek ways to control costs and improve processes without compromising patient safety, quality of care of the services delivered.
    • You will coordinate with facility departments/administration teams to manage key revenue cycle performance expectations and challenges including: upfront collections protocols, capturing accurate information, timely registration and patient satisfaction, denial prevention, patient flow, unbilled, patient concerns, and more.


    What qualifications you will need:


    • A Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • A minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience with three of those years in a patient access or revenue cycle leadership role.
