The Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the Head of Sales SRx. Seeking a strong and dependable leader who builds trust with their team and is transparent, ethical, and honest. This individual must have a passion for building and leading high performing teams that deliver exceptional results. They must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic environment without losing focus on business goals. This position is of critical importance as the incumbent will be responsible for building a sales team that is committed to these principles.
The individual should ideally be based in Western USA
General Responsibilities:
- Help the team to develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals through high performance
- Coach and develop the team through field visits and weekly communication
- Document field visits through follow up regular field visit ride letters
- Help to provide continuous improvement of sales team through identifying knowledge, competency and skills gaps of team and execution of plans to improve them
- Identify team members not on track to meet goals and takes action
Work with Head of Sales to address knowledge, competency and skill gap
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of area sales activities and field intelligence
- Responsible for the understanding and utilization of sales reports, CRM, and forecasts
- Responsible for managing sales budgets and expenses
- Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
- Plays an important role participating at national and regional meetings
- Leads all regional sales activities including personnel matters.
Education / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with 12 years documented successful generic pharmaceutical / injectables experience
- Additionally, it is preferred to have 3 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager (leading Sales Representatives), or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience building sales teams/organizations from scratch is a strong plus
- Must have exceptional talent selection skills, oral and written communication skills, and be well versed in Microsoft Office
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Getting vaccinated remains the most effective way to halt the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, and Dr. Reddy’s encourages all employees to be vaccinated. At this time, vaccinations are not mandated for Princeton-based employees but may become required in the future.
