Full-Time Opportunity with New Milford Farms in New Milford, CT!

New Milford Farms, a division of Garick LLC, is looking for a Loader Operator at our mulch, soil and composting plant in New Milford, CT.

Job duties include:

• Operates front-end loader to move materials and product as needed.
• Works as a part of the manufacturing team.
• Follows directions of supervisor to meet production goals.
• Obeys all safety standards and practices.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the assigned equipment.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Full time hours with paid overtime as needed - 40 to 50 hours most weeks. Pay starts at $21/hour and is negotiable with experience.

Experience operating a front-end loader is required for this position.

Position requires the ability to sit, stand and walk for the duration of the shift without any physical restrictions. All staff must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
