Key performance areas As a CNC Grinder Operator, you will set up and operate CNC Grinder equipment to ensure the manufacturing of high-quality parts and tools without defects. This is a 2nd shift position. Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Grind equipment to perform machining to meet key performance indicators. Perform in-process inspection to produce product in compliance within production guidelines to ensure safety, quality, health, and environmental procedures are followed. Make minor adjustments to CNC programs as required, document and report adjustments/corrections. Operate multiple production machines and use manufacturing reporting systems. Your profile High school diploma or GED equivalent with at least 2 years of work experience on CNC Grinder machine. Associate degree or diploma from a technical college or trade school preferred. Experience with machining and cutting operations required. Ability to accurately read and understand blueprints process plans. Good eye-hand coordination and agility. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing preferred.
