About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate in Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) providing coverage for the Safe Deposit Services Vendor Request and Support Line team. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Provide branch operations support regarding customers’ access to safe deposit boxes, which may require the use of a vendor. 
• Validate vendor requests submitted by branch management
• Help make groups of safe deposit boxes available for rental with the use of a vendor.
• Cover the Safe Deposit Services Support Phone line.
• Monitor centralized mailboxes, interpret questions, and provide guidance and direction in resolving customer issues. 
• Provide branch support for banking functions and operations including safe deposit escalations. 
• Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
• Provide work direction to less experienced Safe Deposit Services staff
• This role will support the Pacific Standard time zone (PST).

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 3 years of branch operations experience
• 3 years of retail banking experience
• 3 years of Operational Risk Management experience
• Knowledge and understanding of bank safe deposit box processes
• Knowledge and understanding of Regional Bank Service and Platform tools to include SVP, Hogan, DIPR
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of banking: regulations, compliance, policies, processes, and procedures.

Job Expectations:

• Ability to work a rotating schedule supporting the Pacific time zone between 6am to 5pm (PST) Monday-Friday
• Ability to travel up to 30%, as needed
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
