The Deposit Operations Representative’s primary responsibilities are the accurate and timely processing of all member payments and deposits, as well clerical tasks that include researching return mail, assisting in fraud detection, and responding to a variety of research and verification requests. As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clerical or customer service role that includes experience with performing accurately, organizing information, and using a computer system for data entry and inquiry. 
• PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite), with the ability to learn new software and demonstrate services through the use of technology.
• Excellent communication skills including effective listening, speaking, and problem-solving skills, as well as tact in dealing with internal and external members and colleagues.
• Must have the ability to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision, while exercising good judgment, initiative, and tact in dealing with members, supervisors, and staff.
• Ability to multi-task and work with numbers while maintaining attention-to-detail.
• Ability to resolve problems using technology and available resources.
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
