Pye-Barker is looking for an Inspection Coordinator Agent for our Lancaster, PA office. Full time position working 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday

Position involves:

• Populating Inspections monthly
• Reviewing the Inspection lines for each inspection and making sure they are accurate and correct.
• Addressing the ticket with the proper information
• Verifying signal in monitoring software
• Scheduling inspections with customer
• Reviewing completed tickets for accuracy and proper Fire inspection paperwork
• Retrieving digital forms to the electronic filing system for retention
• Additional tasks as they come due to handle.
