Shelter Advocate (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM -12:00 AM, 12:00 - 8:00 AM)--40 hours a week) will provide coverage of 24-hour hotline, peer counseling, referral and information to client callers and case management to clients. Supervise general house operation during shifts to ensure quality service delivery for victims of family violence and sexual assault. Complete an intake as trained by Osnium Specialist, including a needs and goals assessment; assist with appropriate programs based on the assessment and complete follow-up to ensure the client is receiving and participating in appropriate services. Document all activity in client record and in data program.
