Location: West Covina, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Rate: $17-$18 an hr

As a Deposit Clerk, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda, West Covina. You will be responsible for collects, counts, and deposits all cash the dealership receives.

We’re looking for an ambitious and organized team player with a guest-service approach to daily responsibilities. Your work is key in ensuring operational effectiveness and ultimately ensuring guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves experience. This role is a great entry point into your career with us!

What You’ll Do:

• Collect cash from Sales, Service, Parts, & Finance daily.
• Gather the necessary documents and verify accuracy.
• Provide assistance as directed by the business manager.
• Prepare cash deposits to be picked up by armored guard.

What You’ll Need:

• Accounting experience and/or education preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Computers- Microsoft Office, databases, and spreadsheets
• Full-time availability.
• You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
