Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Director to join our team. As the Safety Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Train employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of safety equipment
- Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure that safety measures are integrated into daily operations
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in safety regulations
- Manage safety-related documentation, including incident reports, training records, and compliance documentation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field
- Proven experience as a Safety Director or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and train employees at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
- Certification in System Design, Construction Inspection, or related field is preferred
- Experience in Alarm System Sales, Fire Alarm Sales, or Fire Sprinkler Fitting is a plus
