Neighborgall Construction, a leading commercial construction company, is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team in Huntington, WV. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial project management. This is NOT a remote position, and no remote arrangements will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all work is completed according to specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
