Safety/Loss Prevention Manager - Construction is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the safety and loss prevention program for a company's construction department. Ensures that each project site conforms to all applicable safety regulations. Being a Safety/Loss Prevention Manager - Construction is responsible for assigning safety inspectors to sites and ensuring that follow-ups are conducted when necessary. Job Summary:
A Construction Project Manager, or Commercial Construction Project Manager, plans and oversees the building process of various construction projects from start to finish. Their duties include building and staying within the budget, retrieving the necessary permits to construct in certain communities and communicating the client’s goals for certain projects to the subcontractors and construction workers. The Project Manager will also build solid working relationships with Superintendents to ensure collaborative management of each project.
Must have 3-5 years Civil Construction exposure
Must have 3 years of Project Management experience
