We seek to hire a Pre-Construction Manager (PCM) who will strengthen our company culture and represent the company well while successfully estimating and bidding new projects. As Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for studying and understanding the scope of work requested by the plans and specifications so you can create a complete and competitive bid. It is also the responsibility of the PCM to identify any challenges or potential areas of concern with constructability that may affect the bid. You will regularly collaborate and communicate with internal team members and external architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the owners of the project.
