Safety/Loss Prevention Manager - Construction is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the safety and loss prevention program for a company's construction department. Ensures that each project site conforms to all applicable safety regulations. Being a Safety/Loss Prevention Manager - Construction is responsible for assigning safety inspectors to sites and ensuring that follow-ups are conducted when necessary. Provides solutions when sites are found to be in violation of safety standards. Additionally, Safety/Loss Prevention Manager - Construction requires a bachelor's degree. The Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project, from start-up through closeout. The CM shall ensure that both the Owner’s/Triton’s expectations and budgetary guidelines are met or exceeded. The PM manages the project from beginning to end including: budget, costs, schedule, risk management, insurances, general work performance and quality, and overall progress against the plan.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time; talk or hear; walk; sit. The employee is frequently required to reach with arms and/or hands; bend, kneel; stoop, crouch or crawl and climb; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time on the physical jobsite; in a construction trailer; and occasionally an office building. This position is exposed to high temperatures; cool/cold temperatures; and loud noises.
