We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Pre-Construction team. Position is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the pre-construction process, including bidding, soliciting of subcontractors, and working with clients, architects, vendors, and trade partners while building a foundation of trust with our teams.
The successful candidate's role is to work with the Director of Pre-Construction from a project's early concepts to final contract. Position will provide support for the management of proposals from receipt, through compilation, and turnover to Operations, as well as negotiation during early release phases. The position is an office-based role. The successful candidate will be expected to interface and develop working relationships with existing and new clients and trade partners.
