Job Description

Providing an excellent first impression at the WRC Reception Lobby is essential to Domino’s.  This position serves as the primary Domino’s Pizza WRC greeter for visitors, vendors, and employees and will interact significantly daily with many individuals.  The role requires excellent customer service skills, excellent security awareness and experience handling various situations with a keen ability to de-escalate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

(40%) Assist in daily functions of the Welcome Center Desk

Ensures a safe and secure workplace by thoroughly vetting all individuals who access the WRC & Domino’s Innovation Garage

• Franchisees
• Vendors / Consultants
• Lost individuals looking for other businesses on Domino’s Farms Campus.
• Liaison with DPZ Security and Domino’s Farms Office Park Security to ensure the safety and security of our team members and assets.
• Oversees badging process as it relates to new hire badge creation, contractor and visitor/temporary badge distribution and modifications to access levels.
• Manage the enterprise visitor management system by checking in/out visitors and ensuring compliance to visitor protocols set forth by the DPZ Security Team.
• Create a positive and friendly environment by providing a great first impression of Domino’s through daily positive and professional conduct while maintaining appropriate assessment of potential risks.

(45%) Assess Risks within DPZ Facilities

• Performs physical and virtual patrols of DPZ Facilities to detect anomalies or nefarious/criminal activity.
• Reviews and audits the Enterprise Access Control System (ACS) alarms and other related exceptions.
• Performs remote troubleshooting of the camera systems and ACS for badge/access opportunities and connectivity issues.
• Takes an active role in coordinating and ensuring appropriate actions during evacuations or emergency situations.
• Communicates security status, updates, and actual or potential problems to the DPZ Security team.
• Utilizes the camera and/or badge system to conduct investigations, surveillance or other applicable duty as it relates to security matters.
• Other duties/tasks given at the direction of immediate supervisor.

(15%) Audits and Health Checks

• Complete a full health check once a week to see if anything is blocking the cameras/camera displaying no video
• Assist with camera audits

Qualifications

• College coursework preferred (Criminal Justice a plus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Exceptional professional manner              
• Excellent communication skills, motivation and positive attitude 
• Excellent customer service skills
• CPR certified a plus
