Develops and distributes educational materials including videos, guides, and posters. Being a Safety Representative tracks and documents accidents to understand causes and recommend changes to prevent future accidents. Performs inspections and audits of facilities, equipment and processes recommending corrections or additional precautions to ensure compliance to established regulations. Additionally, Safety Representative has a broad and current knowledge of all government and applicable industry safety regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Summary:
Checkers, a Justrite Safety Group company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Checkers is a part of the Motion Safety business, under the Justrite Safety Group, manufacturing wheel chalks, cord protectors, and whips.
The purpose of this position is to serve as the key contact for both external and internal customers regarding all product lines at Checkers. This position supports the customer fulfillment process by performing all aspects of customer order management. Problem solving, decision making, and communication skills are required to maximize the focus on customer relationship management, also working well in a team environment. The ability to review and recommend improvements and enhancements within Customer Service and Checkers systems and processes is key to ensure the best customer experience. This position is also responsible for generating new sales opportunities through analysis of distribution and penetration of various channels working with the respective Sales Reps. The position also requires review of current markets, analyze competitor share, and recommend opportunities to bundle Justrite and work with Sales Reps to gain market share.
