Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, EHS, OSHA regulations, and compliance management. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and NEC regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees
- Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and make recommendations for improvements
- Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures on-site
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents

Skills:

- Proficiency in construction management software for tracking safety metrics
- Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and procedures
- Familiarity with occupational health standards and practices
- Strong understanding of construction management principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Certification in EHS or related field is a plus
