FDRsafety is seeking a Part-Time Safety Trainer to oversee the delivery and execution of its Safety Training Programs near Toledo, OH. This is a part-time, as-needed, role that will require occasional travel throughout the country.

This individual will be responsible for facilitating structured training and development programs in support of FDRsafety to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative and engaging presentations to meet and exceed customer expectations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience:

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills are required.
• 3 years of experience in public speaking, group facilitation, and conducting training.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• 3 years of experience in producing professional documents and presentations through the use software programs: excel, word, power point, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a Health and Safety-related field strongly preferred.
• Experience in Environmental Health and Safety and a familiarity with OSHA and federal safety regulations strongly preferred.
• Experience in communication with outside vendors and contractors strongly preferred.
