Safety Representative outlines and implements training programs to educate and inform workforce on work safety, environmental safety, and accident prevention regulations and procedures. Develops and distributes educational materials including videos, guides, and posters. Being a Safety Representative tracks and documents accidents to understand causes and recommend changes to prevent future accidents. Performs inspections and audits of facilities, equipment and processes recommending corrections or additional precautions to ensure compliance to established regulations. Additionally, Safety Representative has a broad and current knowledge of all government and applicable industry safety regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. FDRsafety is seeking a Part-Time Safety Trainer to oversee the delivery and execution of its Safety Training Programs near Toledo, OH. This is a part-time, as-needed, role that will require occasional travel throughout the country.
This individual will be responsible for facilitating structured training and development programs in support of FDRsafety to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative and engaging presentations to meet and exceed customer expectations.
