ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Works in conjunction with case manager to monitor safety plan compliance with Safety Management cases, as well as non-judicial and potential judicial cases. 
• Assists the families in finding informal safety monitors and familial supports.
• Reports to the case manager and supervisor with any concerns or needs of the family. 
• Monitors the day to day effectiveness or need for change of safety plans. 
• May provide transportation on an as needed basis.
• Attends staffings, provides input and communicates regularly with the team.
• Provides support to case managers and other staff by taking initiative and assisting where they are able.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• AA preferred or equivalent experience in place of degree
• Human service experience
• Experience with dependency system preferred.
