Safety Technician jobs in San Diego, CA

Aztec Fire & Safety, Inc. is currently seeking a Driver/Fire Protection Technician to join our team. This role involves driving and performing scheduled maintenance, inspections, installations, and services on various fire systems for clients across San Diego County, Orange County, Riverside County, and Imperial County. Company-provided vehicles are provided.

Previous experience in fire protection systems and state certifications/NICET are preferred but not mandatory.

General Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Experience in kitchen hood suppression systems is preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
