We work with financial advisors and their donors to establish and administer AEF donor-advised fund accounts with the goal of increasing the amount granted to our donors’ causes and charities.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate Director II, Fund Administration is a member of the Office of Business Oversight leadership team, working closely with the Senior Director of Operations to support the client retention strategy and lead the activities of the Fund Administration Team. The Associate Director ensures accuracy and efficiency in the processes and workflow to open the donor-advised funds and process investment account paperwork, continuously identifying areas of improvement. This individual leads the team, creating and executing plans to achieve outcomes, establishing effective and efficient processes, and identifying performance metrics to ensure the provision of best-in-class client experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the financial services industry or a related industry
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a sense of team accountability and high performance
• Strong analysis, critical thinking, and critical thinking skills; able to tell the story with data
• Excellent work ethic and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Interest in continuous improvement to drive innovation within the organization’s operational strategies
