GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Sales Admin Support 4 is a vital member of the sales team and is responsible for supporting the sales process by managing administrative tasks and providing customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage sales administrative tasks: The Sales Admin Support 4 is responsible for managing a variety of sales administrative tasks, including processing sales orders, generating invoices, tracking sales data, and ensuring that sales documents are up to date and accurate.
· Provide customer service: The Sales Admin Support 4 interacts with customers to provide support and ensure their needs are met. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and communicating with customers about their orders and deliveries.
· Coordinate with internal teams: The Sales Admin Support 4 works closely with other internal teams, such as the sales, finance, and logistics teams, to ensure that all aspects of the sales process are running smoothly and efficiently.
· Support sales team: The Sales Admin Support 4 provides support to the sales team by assisting with proposals, presentations, and other sales-related materials. This may include creating and maintaining sales reports, compiling data for sales presentations, and creating marketing materials.
· Maintain sales database: The Sales Admin Support 4 is responsible for maintaining the sales database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date. This includes entering new customer information, updating customer account information, and tracking sales performance.
· Assist with sales forecasting: The Sales Admin Support 4 provides support to the sales team by assisting with sales forecasting. This includes compiling data on sales trends, analyzing sales data, and providing input on future sales projections.
· Manage logistics: The Sales Admin Support 4 assists with managing the logistics of the sales process, including coordinating with shipping companies, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory levels.
· Perform other duties as assigned: The Sales Admin Support 4 may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the sales team, such as attending sales meetings, providing administrative support to the sales manager, and assisting with sales training.

QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 3-5 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, or customer service.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Knowledge of sales processes and logistics is preferred.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Salary based on qualifications and experience: $ 25 - $ 39 per hour
