Sales Administration Director develops and directs the sales data analysis function to deliver reporting and tools to sales teams and management that ensure effective sales execution and the achievement of growth objectives. Deploys CRM and other systems to manage customer and activity data. Being a Sales Administration Director develops monitoring and methodologies to analyze sales metrics and to provide insights, support decisions, and highlight areas for process improvement. Directs research efforts to understand market conditions and competitors. Additionally, Sales Administration Director may enable training activities that will ensure sales teams understand and effectively utilize systems and reporting resources. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Sales Administration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Sales Administration Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Position Summary:  Reporting to the VP of National Account Business Development, the Manager, Sales Administration, will manage national account sales processes and support the national account sales team members, with the objective of meeting or exceeding national account sales objectives.

    Priorities:

    • Meet and strive to exceed agreed to national account sales objectives.
    • Drive the utilization of the HubSpot customer relationship management software to enhance efficiency and increase visibility to and tracking/reporting of national account sales prospects and pipeline
    • Develop, publish and monitor sales reports that track key performance indicators for the national account sales team, including revenue by salesperson, order count by sales person, revenue growth and profitability by account, and other key metrics
    • Lead the preparation of responses to national account requests for proposal for Ace and ARCA, engaging supporting functions as required to maximize opportunities to secure incremental national account business
    • Lead the preparation of national account annual business reviews, quarterly reports and other recurring or ad hoc national account reporting, engaging supporting functions as required to delivery timely and accurate reports
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Ace and ARCA with the external marketing consultant, setting marketing objectives, approving marketing plans and facilitating marketing resource allocation
    • Plan and execute successful corporate events (including sales, internal and charitable events) that maintain or improve Ace and ARCA’s image while meeting the financial budget for events.

    The pay range is $65,000 to $75,000 salary. Starting pay is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (6 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits.

    Qualifications


    Technology Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, PowerPoint, Team, and Outlook.
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to create formula, charts, graphs, and pivot tables.
    • Ability to learn and function as necessary with proprietary ERP system (MoverSuite).
    • CRM implementation and management, HubSpot preferred.

     

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or sales management.
    • 5 years sales management experience building, training, and nurturing teams.
    • Successful track record in accomplishing sales metrics.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong technology skills, including managing CRM systems
    • Excellent analytical ability, including data and financial analysis to support effective management decision-making
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively when necessary.

    Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Physical demands listed below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    • Assures that safety regulations are always followed.
    • Follows policies and procedures including infection control, universal pre-cautions and exposure control plans when performing daily tasks.
    • Reports hazardous conditions, accidents, and incidents to the immediate supervisor.
    • Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs.
    • Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching.
    • Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, or chemicals.
    • Position requires moderate travel (1 x month).
    • Position will require significant overtime or shift work.
    • Most of the work done in the is position will occur during standard business hours but may include limited evening and weekend work.
