Join the Huntington Team as an Assistant Director of Administration, a role in which you will help children become the best students they can be!

You’ll manage the daily operations of a K-12 learning center, but the job is much more than that — you get to know parents and students and make a truly meaningful difference in the lives of families in the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and monitor student progress
• Administer initial evaluations and assist new students
• Customer service and marketing
• Data entry and student/teacher scheduling
• Engage with students in a passionate and encouraging manner
• Management of student accounts receivable

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-year degree
• 1-2 years of customer service
• Enthusiastic, outgoing and team-oriented personality
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
• A high level of self-motivation
• Prior education experience is NOT needed
• Must be willing to work Monday to Thursday 10:00 AM – 7:00/8:00 PM and several Saturdays/month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
