Sales Administration Director develops and directs the sales data analysis function to deliver reporting and tools to sales teams and management that ensure effective sales execution and the achievement of growth objectives. Deploys CRM and other systems to manage customer and activity data. Being a Sales Administration Director develops monitoring and methodologies to analyze sales metrics and to provide insights, support decisions, and highlight areas for process improvement. Directs research efforts to understand market conditions and competitors. Additionally, Sales Administration Director may enable training activities that will ensure sales teams understand and effectively utilize systems and reporting resources. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Sales Administration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Sales Administration Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Our New Jersey/NY/CT regions is rapidly growing and we are looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who want a career in building better kiddos and are excited to be part of a young, fast moving company.     What we expect…
    A motivated individual, whose passion for kids, paired with a growth mindset and the desire to learn and develop as a leader drives them daily in efforts to make a positive impact. Someone with a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence who, in combination with the General Manager, will use our lead generation/marketing strategies plan to increase sales as well as engage in customer relations with members and parents.

    A leader with a positive attitude who is ready to utilize a thoughtful approach to all aspects of the organization while taking great satisfaction in meeting and beating goals, with a “Win the Day” philosophy. Someone with experience with kids, who leads from the front, getting on the mat and teaching approximately 15 classes per week.

    What does an Operations Specialist do?
    The Operations Specialist role is vital to the smooth operation and continued success of the center. It's a combination of teaching classes to kiddos, making sales calls to families who reached out to us, as well as some other light admin duties; like manage the inventory from time to time and respond to emails/texts from prospects and members. The great thing about the “Ops” position is the wonderful mix of being on the floor, coaching and working with the kiddos, and then balancing that with some administrative work.

    We are looking for:
    • Experience with children and/or fitness industry strongly preferred.
    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field would be a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
    • Practical work experience using Microsoft Office Products

    Certifications Required: (These can be obtained post-hire, and must be kept current)
    • CRP certified
    • First Aid certified
    • EpiPen certified

    Physical Demands:
    • Our staff is asked to work out with the kids, know the proper form and corrections, and actively run the activities. Bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, balancing, etc
    • Aerobic activity
    • Sustained physical exertion
    • High energy
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds
