Job Summary:

Reporting to the Broker Success Manager, the Field Sales Agent is responsible for achieving sales growth/results in the assigned region through driving enrollment in the region to support market sales initiatives.

Qualfications and Requirments:

• Preferred 1 years’ experience in sales, prospecting and/or lead generating environments.
• Ability to obtain State of Texas Life and Health Insurance License within 90 days of employment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable motor vehicle.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage preferred, but not required.
• 80-90% travel within Amarillo/Texas Panhandle Market, as required for Field Sales Agent role.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish-English).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficient user in MS office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience using Salesforce CRM a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong time management, organizational and follow up skills required, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Must be creative, innovative and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be self-directed, flexible, enthusiastic, and energetic.
