Full Job Description

Seeking a full-time, professional and ambitious insurance sales producer. Candidates without a Property and Casualty license possessing a strong sales background will also be considered. A Property & Casualty license must be obtained. Salary Excellent Commission opportunities. Candidate must possess good written and verbal communications skills. Computer experience and organizational skill required. Must have strong people skills and MUST be willing to work as a team player!

Responsibilities

• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

Requirements

• P&C License is a bonus but not necessary. We will train the right individual and get licensed.
• Previous Sales Experience is a Bonus
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Career minded vision.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
